Superb hospitality and design
early check-in helpful staff good room
My first experience was great and I am thankful for it. The staff was helpful, they made our check-in very early. The rooms are very good and the pool gives refreshment from the heat. I will book again at this hotel.
I think hooks near the shower are important. There was a great shower head but no hooks to hang towels in bathroom. I think the bathroom is a bit incomplete.

missing hooks key card shortage
I had some minor issues. Upon arrival, I noticed the absence of hooks in the bathroom. This made hanging towels rather inconvenient. There was also a shortage of key cards. My request for an additional one was denied because they were out of stock. (A minor inconvenience, but still.)

aesop products welcome touch inconvenient hooks rustic walls
The hotel featured aesop products. THESE were a welcome touch.
i booked a courtyard room and found there were no convenient hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, WHICH i considered an oversight. I also found the rustic walls inside the room not to my taste. I expected better attention to detail in this aspect.

the staff were helpful, arranged transport to the airport. breakfast seemed like a special treat with delicious options. i appreciated the attention to detail in organizing travel for me. the breakfast options provided a good start to each day.
i noticed there were no convenient hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. it was a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise lovely stay.

The room had a really great smell! i loved that the entire hotel used aesop products. parking was also good. The parking fee wasn't expensive. The water pressure was strong, perfect for showering

the staff were hospitable i received great recommendations for local eateries i found breakfast to be both delicious and of high quality i appreciated the rooms they were perfectly appointed and well kept. i found the pool very refreshing it was a perfect escape from the heat.
the absence of hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom was a slight inconvenience it was a minor issue overall though

this place is nice. i liked the hotel location. it is close to trx and pavilion mall. the hotel keep things very clean. i liked the aesop toiletries they have. the staff seem friendly and helpful too.
i noticed a very minor issue. the hotel told me that they do not have enough key cards.
